What a note contains

A note sent through the form holds your name, the contact you entered and the fields you filled in: the entry concerned, what should change, where it can be checked and how you know the place. The address and language of the page come with it. One hidden field that people never see is there only to catch automated spam.

How notes are used

A form service keeps the notes until the editors read them at the next revision. They serve only to check and make the change; a sender hears back only when the note asks for it and leaves a way to reply. Names and contacts never appear on the site and are never sold or passed to the academy, club or organiser concerned; the list of changes records what changed, never who asked.

Counting visits

Page views are counted by a short script served from this site’s own domain. It sets no cookie and follows nobody from one site to another. A view records the page, the page that linked to it, the browser, the kind of device and the country read from the request; only totals are ever looked at.

Nothing loaded from elsewhere

These pages load no advertising, social buttons or outside trackers, and fetch no fonts, maps or images from other servers. Source and map links lead off the site to pages with privacy rules of their own. Technical traces such as IP addresses reach the hosting company only as far as serving the pages requires.

Your rights

Any note you sent can be corrected or erased at your request: write again through the form with the same name and contact and say what you want done. The change is made when notes are next read, and you get a reply if you ask for one and leave a contact. Egypt’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 151 of 2020), and for visitors from the European Union the GDPR, give you these rights.
